About Department
Since its inception in 1981, the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering has been
committed to
delivering quality education in the field. Over time, student intake has increased to meet growing
demand and industry opportunities. The department continuously updates its curriculum to reflect the
latest technological advancements and industry requirements. Equipped with modern laboratories,
software tools like MATLAB and Xilinx, and audio-visual teaching aids, it provides a conducive
learning environment. The faculty is well-qualified and actively engaged in research across various
areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering, with robust postgraduate and Ph.D. programs.

imparting in depth knowledge to the students, facilitating research activities and cater to the

Our newsletter team is organized to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality output. The structure
includes:
1. Teacher Coordinator
The Teacher Coordinator provides guidance and ensures the newsletter aligns with the department’s
vision, while acting as a bridge between the team and administration.
2. Student Coordinator
Responsible for managing the team's operations, the Student Coordinator oversees deadlines, facilitates
collaboration, and ensures smooth progress in each edition.
3. Content Writing Lead
The Content Writing Lead manages the writing team, ensuring all articles are engaging, well-researched,
and reflect the department’s voice.
4. Graphic Design Lead
The Graphic Design Lead supervises the visual design team, ensuring that layouts, graphics, and images
enhance the newsletter’s appeal and clarity.
5. Content Writing Members
Content Writing Members produce articles on department activities, achievements, and news, delivering
informative and engaging content.
6. Graphic Design Members
Graphic Design Members create visual content such as layouts and infographics, ensuring the newsletter
is visually attractive and cohesive with the written content.
This team works together to
produce
an engaging and informative newsletter that highlights the achievements and activities of the
Electronics and Communication Engineering Department.
Join Our Team
Our recruitment involves two rounds:
Round 1: Skill-Based Test
Content writers complete a writing test, while graphic designers submit a design task to assess
creativity and technical skills.
Round 2: Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will attend a personal interview to evaluate motivation, teamwork, and passion
for the newsletter.
This process helps us form a talented and dedicated team to deliver a high-quality newsletter.
